I just had to share the excellent work done by the team at Mike Erdman Toyota. I had some damaged parts replaced as well as my tires. Owen, my service advisor, oversaw all of the work to make sure all was done to standard. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. I was particularly impressed by his communication skills. He explained each step of the repair process to me, as well as showed me a video with before and after photos of the work done on my Camry. Highly recommend for exceptional work!

Shoutout to the team at Toyota for amazing customer service! Specifically, Taylor, my service advisor! And to Robert the service manager! My Tacoma shut down while I was driving and started throwing a bunch of warning lights, and with my kids in the car I panicked. I called the service department and, unfortunately, Christopher was the one who answered while I was in full stress mode. I wasn’t the nicest, but he stayed calm and helpful anyway. Shortly after, the manager Robert called me back right away and had a tow truck sent out immediately. The driver even waited with me and my kids until our ride arrived, which meant a lot. My service advisor Taylor has taken great care of me both during my recent oil change and today while figuring everything out. Plot twist: the truck wasn’t broken at all… I had run out of gas 🤦‍♀️. Even though it wasn’t their fault and I was being a crazy person, the whole team treated us with patience and kindness. Truly appreciate the help today!!

Our salesperson was Gary who was great but the real reason we continue to buy cars from them is because of there service department . I have a service specialist named Khalil this guy is absolutely the best i have ever seen . Khalil is the main reason we continue to buy from Mike Erdman . Khalil is honest , friendly and very professional . He will bend over backwards to make sure we get the best customer service possible . this is something in todays world which is extremely rare . Khalil is such a great person and so good at his job i would give him a 10 star rating if i could . Argenis Gonzalez was amazing! He definitely went the extra mile to earn our business. My wife and I drove 2 hours just to test drive a specific vehicle...None of the typical "salesmanship" or pressures. We also have to give a shout out to Zack Kaye in finance for finding us a way better deal than even our own Credit Union where we have all of our personal and business accounts. An extra thank you to Argenis for gently suggesting we give Zack a shot. Had we taken his advise in the beginning, we would have been out of there in under 2 hours instead of spending all day there waiting on our credit union. The upside to being there for several hours..."The Grass Shack". Even if you are not in the market for a vehicle, we highly recommend you check out this hidden gem for lunch if you live in the area.
